Maintastic CMMS has its roots in the visual remote assistance solution oculavis SHARE.. The software was developed by oculavis GmbH. Since 2016, oculavis SHARE has helped companies worldwide optimize service operations, minimize technician travel, and establish digital business models in mechanical engineering.
Rising demand for integrated maintenance solutions laid the foundation for Maintastic. This next-generation CMMS addresses the evolving needs of industry with a holistic, fully digital, and mobile approach to maintenance management.
About the company
Maintastic GmbH, based in Aachen, was founded in 2016 under the name oculavis GmbH as a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University and Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Today, the company employs over 70 people and serves more than 150 established industrial companies worldwide, including leaders in the pharmaceutical, automotive, construction, and mechanical engineering sectors.
