Maintastic Version 18.0

This release focuses on strengthening collaboration with external service providers and suppliers and delivering a more intuitive, faster mobile experience for maintenance technicians and machine operators. With major improvements in ticket transparency, navigation, and asset organization, Maintastic helps maintenance teams work more efficiently across locations, devices, and organizations.
The highlights of this release are our new external ticket collaboration capabilities and the mobile home view.

A More Productive Start with the New Mobile Home View

The new Home View becomes the default landing page after login, giving operators and technicians instant access to their most important items. It bundles personal tickets, tasks, assets, workflows, chats, and contacts into a single, action-ready dashboard.
Quick actions like creating tickets, scanning QR codes, or starting video calls are always one tap away.

Maintastic introduces a unified set of improvements that make ticket collaboration for internal and external users more transparent, structured, and efficient. External users can participate securely without accessing all internal knowledge, while all users benefit from clearer communication tools, inline attachments, and a more intuitive ticket layout. These enhancements strengthen operational clarity and streamline daily maintenance and service workflows.

Enhancing Asset Navigation on Mobile
Mobile users can now filter Assets, Tickets, and Work Instructions by functional location and quickly find relevant uncategorized Assets. Searching by name or serial number ensures fast access for technicians.

Web Improvements for Functional Location Management
Administrators can now reorganize their functional location structure more efficiently. Both Folders and Assets can be moved within the location hierarchy directly on the web.
